SSRS 2008 new computer name

We just replaced a stand alone SQL server. After the new computer was joined to the domain and the database was restored we went to check the status on some SQL reports.

The subscription is not working because it keeps trying to execute the subscription with the old computer administrator account.

We went in and checked the RSReportServer.config file and set the URL root to localhost/ReportServer and that didn't solve the problem.

Is there another config file that would reference the old compuer name? Or did we miss a configuration some where?

    Accepted Solution

Check the a/c in the reporting service configuration manager that is used to make connection between the service and the database.

There was a setting in the reporting services config that still referenced the old server. Thanks for your help
