Does the Email data collection work normally in office 2010?

We use a this feature normally and it still works fine in 2010.

So if you just create a simple DB and initiate the Email data collection feature, and send out an update email, ...does it work?

Hi

For us it work well in 2k7 but not with 2k10, we have try to make a new sample database in office 2k10 and we have the same issue, we have dosciverd a workaround by using reply instead of submit, but will apreciate if we can find why this feature is not working.

That is what I was suggesting, in the standard functionality you simply send the email...
When the recipient gets it, ...they click "Reply".

I was not sure how you were getting a "submit" button...

That Option is on the Qiuck Access Toolbar.
The QAT is customizable, so it appears that this option was added manually, ...and it is not clear if the "Submit" button is even applicable...
