White House kills CLASS act

White House kills CLASS, an important part of the healthcare law.  Why?

It is too expensive in the long run to sustain it.

For one, it was the high priority of the murderous former Senator, Ted Kennedy.

Its importance with Obama was that it would bankrupt the country, which I believe is a policy design he supports.  Also, once insolvency hits, Democrats can then make it a campaign issue, in which they claim Republicans don't support the older generation.

But Tlingit is correct - it simply is not affordable.

Yet again another flaw in this horrible law shoved down our throats.
An update...B Hussein now opposes repealing what he repealed

President Obama is against repealing the health law's long-term-care CLASS Act and might veto Republican efforts to do so, an administration official tells The Hill, despite the government's announcement Friday that the program was dead in the water.

What this translates to is that Obama understands it can't be sustained, but he's going to play to his ignorant base anyway, despite what it does to the tax payers.

I wonder if this repeal, and then re-repeal, is a political ploy to put a spot light on Obama with an issue that makes him appear sympathetic to a target audience.

Well you have to remeber he's fighting for the guy who has no voice.  He's like a modern day Robin Hood without all the bad teeth.
Time to kill this thread.
