i have a user whose terminal server profile may be corrupted and needs to be recreated, i think this is why she cannot print.

i renamed her profile, but it does not recreate a new profile, instead it loads a temp profile.

what can i do so it creates a new profile?

*i am going to computer --> users --> profile

    Accepted Solution

Actually move the profile out of the profile directory and it should recreate one when it is no longer present.  Not just renamed.
