Hi,
Are you already installed the CHIPSET drivers?
On dell's site should find all you need.

If you have not tried Windows' automatic driver location, it may be possible to find missing drivers automatically.
Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, System. Click the Hardware tab, then click the Device Manager button. This brings up the device list for the computer. The missing/unknown devices will be highlighted with red or yellow marks. It may be necessary to expand categories to see all devices. See the example below.
Right-click on a marked device and select Update Driver. When asked "Can Windows connect to Windows Update to search for software?" answer Yes.
If automatic driver location does not work, the device's identification information is necessary to proceed.
Go to Device Manager again. Right-click on a marked device and select Properties. Click on the Details tab. Record what is in the Device Instance ID window (see below). This identifies the device so that a driver can be located.
In the example, the device manufacturer is 8086, Intel, and the specific device is 1050, PRO/100 VE. In some cases the subsystem information is also necessary. With that information, it is possible to effectively hunt for drivers for the missing devices.
