It's not working, same problem as before, it does not recognize my Apple ID and password, now that I've restored everything back to factory setting, spent 3 hours downloading. &nbsp;Apple support people have all gone to sleep.<br />
Anyone else have the same problem?

Just got new 4S pre-ordered; I think it was general system overload probably ATT to activate phone took about 4hr, &nbsp;then I still had to set up. &nbsp;But I set up as using restored data, supposed to set up as new phone 1st. &nbsp;Waited almost an hour to talk to Apple to find out. &nbsp;Now trying to download new iPhone software which should take 2minutes but will take 3hrs cause everyone in the world is also doing it. &nbsp;<br />
Everyone else in the same boat?

Now trying to download new iPhone software which should take 2minutes but will take 3hrs cause everyone in the world is also doing it.
