I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Some things that make me more effective:

1. I have all contact details of other people / consultants always with me.
2. Everyone can contact me wherever I am (cafe, walk, etc) giving me freedom to go out.
3. Apart from contacts, I store IT tips and tricks under notes, which help me when I'm stuck.
4. I have my calendar / tasks always with me, so I know what I need to do next.
5. You can easily record "good ideas" whenever they come to you.
6. It is all synced with my Outlook, so I can work on "big screen" when I'm in the office.
