you mean in DNSConnector delivery queue right ?
assume if these are in DNSConnector delivery then your need follow these steps:-
1. Try to telnet recipient mail server from your HT server it will show the error why these are not delivering if you didn't get any response from recipient server
2. Go to http://www.mxtoolbox.com and  do a SMTP diag check the recipient server here you will come to know if there server is working or not.
3. Also check your server sending IP against blacklist on this website.

Madan SharmaConsultantCommented:
I'll advice you don't mess with ad permissions until its necessary. Please do SMTP diag on www.mxtoolbox.com against recipient server and blacklist test against your server sending ip and post the results

All tests are seem to be ok.
further you need to check  reverse record/PTR entry for your server IP and also check your SPF records. As nowadays most of domains doesn't accept mail without setup these.
