Fix corrupt mailbox exchange 2007

I have a user whose IPhone stopped syncing. I discovered the problem is the mailbox. I can't access OWA. I get the error message:

Exception type: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.StoragePermanentException
Exception message: Cannot query rows in a table.

Doing research I did check inheritance on his security settings and it is checked. Another post said to move the mailbox to a new database and move it back again. When I do this, I get another error:

MAPI or an unspecified service provider.
ID no: 00000000-0000-00000000, error code: -1056749164

This is a small mailbox so size limits is not an issue. When I move I tell it to skip corrupt messages

I moved the account to a different OU and still no luck.

the easiest fix would be to export the mailbox to a PST and delete the current mailbox
make sure you run Get-Mailbox user | fl
that will allow you to add any additional addresses that the mailbox may have
