cookies with asp.net

Hello Guys,

I would like to make one question about Asp.ne as I'm begining with.

When the client make a resquest to the server Does the browser will send together the cookies as well or not ?

The cenarios is the cookies already exist on client machine and the client make a first request.

First of all cookies must be enabled in the browser.
It is the page load event that stores cookies for the first time on the client and tries to access it later on
