Vertical slide bar is jumping
Hi experts, I have a problem – all vertical scroll bars – on browsers, windows explorers are jumping up and down and finally scroll bar getting to the lowest position. When I try to move it
up it starts "jumping" again.
OS - Windows 7.
What’s is wrong, please advise.

Can you try a different mouse? (A simple USB mouse to start with). If this does not work, see if you can change the mouse driver (in the case of a laptop). ... Thinkpads_User

USB mouse is working fine. Should it be driver?
BTW, this is Logitech wireless mouse-keyboard, do you suggest to update driver?

Vadim2004--Do you have the same problem if you run in Safe Mode? If not, some program which starts at boot is interfering with the mouse.
Is this something very recent? If so try a System Restore to a date before the problem started.
I wonder if this will help

Experts, thanks a lot for your assistance.
Thinkpads_User, you were right it was Logitech setup.
After soft was re-installed everything goes fine.
Thanks again
