MS office live website unable to make page width fill page

This is the URL to my website http://santafemodelrailroadclub.org/default.aspx.  It was developed using Microsoft office Live Small Business Web Design Tool

I have the Site Options, Page width set to 100%, but the three zones to not span the full page.  I have tried to increase the size of the left zone, but I'm unable to make it bigger only smaller.  I have changed themes.  I have tried one zone with a table of 3 columns, one row.  The help pages seems to indicate the width should be full page as shown in the examples, but it is not.  There is always a large margin/border on the left of the page.

Please help.  Thanks.

I looked at your page in both IE8 and Firefox and I don't understand what you want.  It is full width in both browsers.  ??  There is nothing in the left column in the middle of the page.

I embedded an image that shows what I see in IE8 and FireFox.  I want to get rid of the light blue left margin.  Perhaps it is a browser setting that's the problem.  I'm on XP Pro and my husband's computer is Vista.  We both see the light blue left margin.

That is part of the layout.  It is called "IWS_WH_Elem_LeftNav" and it is 150px wide.  It is also empty of content.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Can I eliminate it?

I have one of those sites set up for test.  I don't see any way to change things like that.

DaveBaldwin pointed me in the right direction, but couldn't tell me how to remove the leftnav.  I went to Site Designer, Navigation and clicked on Navigation Layout Top and the leftnav column disappeared.  Before I had Top & Left clicked.  Thanks for your help Dave.
