Never heard of conclmd.exe, not in relation to Domino anyway...

I searched and found a tool with the same name that converts files to and from Chinese. Is it this one? http://www.softking.com.tw/soft/clickcount.asp?fid3=19732
If it is, it has version number 1.5, maybe worth a try.

Disclaimer: I don't know these tools at all, just good at searching... ;-)

Thanks all of you for the helps. Yes, we are using this tool to convert simplified Chinese to traditional Chinese for the web site. We will have this problem after the server has been restarted for several days. The current temporary fix is restart the server very two-three day. we would like to find the root cause and fix it

Thanks

I would run Process Monitor (PROCMON) on the server when it runs the script, to see where it keeps failing.
You can get procmon from Microsoft, it is part of the Sysinternals tool kit.

Easiest way to find it is go to http://www.sysinternals.com - which will redirect to the Microsoft site.

Using Procmon.exe, you can monitor all the processes in real time and watch the script as it executes and you'll be able to see where it is failing.
