Hard drives to convert to USB 3.0 enclosure?

I have several SATA hard drives that are not old and I would like to put more than one of them into a single hard drive enclosure that can be turned into a Super Speed USB 3.0 external device.  How can I do this?  Can you give me suggestions on hardware I will need to accomplish this? Can they all be read as a single large drive?

How many drives do you have? You will want to search for an enclosure the supports RAID. I imagine RAID 0 or 1 will work for what you want to do.

Hi, yes they exist, you should look for a dual USB3 Sata enclosure. Or a NAS with USB3 like this one. The first option is cheaper but the second is a NAS as well. I could not find enclosures for more than 2 drives.
