Content slider, PHP content slider, Java Script content slider

Hello,

I would like to get an example on how to create a content slider with animation as it is done on this site
http://www.red.com/experience

I would like to have a button on the left and the right side which would open slide previous/next document into position. It can be also a PHP solution or pure JavaScript.

Please keep in mind that I need to slide complete document and not just an image. I am new to web development, please help me out.

Each one of those images are contained in <div>s on the page.  The sliding is done using javascript.  If you look at the source code on that page, it is all there.

Sliding is not related to PHP, it's related to Javascript.
you can use jQuery method of sliding or other available methods.

i thinks it's better i share some links here instead of copy paste them and if you need more help talking around your issues.

read tutorials on this page -> http://designmodo.com/jquery-slider-scripts-tutorials/

Hello,

I would like to use div to move the content around. Also if it is possible that the content gets hidden before it reaches the button.

Kind regards

you can use following attribute:
<div style="display:none" id="s">.....</div>

and set onclick attribute to display:block.
