Java to automatically create a trending chart

Hi,

I want to use Java to create a chart, with x axis being the date, and y axis the number of machines built. How can I create the chart automatically with Java?

Thanks!

Download two zip files form these links , extract from them JFreechat-1.013.jar and JCommons-1.0.16.jar
respectively and make both of them available on the classpath of your application.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/jfreechart/files/1.%20JFreeChart/1.0.13/jfreechart-1.0.13.zip/download

http://sourceforge.net/projects/jfreechart/files/3.%20JCommon/1.0.16/jcommon-1.0.16.zip/download

Then follow the example above or this example:
