Developers how can they check a website is proper in a Iphone view?
My developer does not have a iPHONE but should be able to test from system.

Can anyone give me a way to achieve this

    Download Xcode from Mac App Store. It includes iOS simulator that you can use to run mobile Safari.

    Can i have the link and will it runs on windows?

    Xcode runs only on a Mac. There are web-based iPhone simulators that you can run on Windows. None of them will be as accurate as the Xcode one. You did not mention you were running Windows.
