Accepting payments on web site

I am working on a site where I need to be able to accept payments from users.  Only members of the site will be able to make purchases.

I want to have two different options for members when they make a purchase:
1.) They enter their payment information for each purchase.
2.) The user executes a purchase with one click, their payment information is known.

Problem with number 2, I don't want to store the user payment information on our site.  Ideally, the information would be stored by a 3rd party service such as Paypal.  Does anyone know of a 3rd party solution that would allow our site to execute transactions in such a manner?

Authorize.net solutions (I believe CIM is what you need) can integrate in ecommerce website and let the customers save a "card on file" in autorize.net (pci compliant) servers.

V4705 - Yes!  Does Paypal offer something similar to CIM?

Okay, that is a silly question.  Obviously, if the customer has a Paypal account, their information is stored on Paypal.
