Need to move Home Directory

Hi Experts,
I currently assign the home directory to each user in user properties Profile Tab.
I am migrating the location of the Share, and I would like to use DFS, but I have 500 users to update.
My questions:
1.Is there a way to remove this home directory location first. and then assign it using GPO?
2.Where do I specify the Homedir in GPO? I would like to use DFS too.
Thanks.

you can make the GPO overide the profile settings, here is a site that explains how to setup the GPO

I only need this for a particular OU since I do not want to affect other locations.

Hi,
This guide describes how to manage Unix, Linux, and Mac OS X computers with the group policies in Likewise Enterprise. Any one good for Windows XP and AD on Windows 2003 server?
