Visual Basic Data to Text load into datagridview

I am comparing data and it is not showing correctly, currently my datagridview is being generated from txt files. drow(0) = skzInfo(lpz) is how I am loading it into a datagridview but when I compare it to another datagridview it's not showing as the same.

drow(0) = skzInfo(lpz).Trim()
