Restore Sharpoint from windows backup

Hello all, I have a windows backup for my SBS 2008. after reinstalling and configuring the server, I need to restore from the backup . i restored the backup to my desktop and I have all the files, i just do not know how to use these files to restore my companyweb site.

    Did you restore all the databases?  If so, run the configuration wizard for SharePoint and connect to the existing configuration database.
