cant get my windows 2008 server to boot right

had some electrical issues when my ups failed me. rebooted my server to get the following boot to either one of the following OS choices. I select the boot option that is required then it just reboots and back to the OS choices but if I choose the other OS it goes into repair mode and right now I have it doing a memory diagnostic check.

You may have damaged th OS and have to repairt or rebild.  fortunately, if you have your data and OS on separate partitions, you won't lose any data.

boot with the 2008 server cd, you may get lucky and it will see the previous installation and give you the option of installing new or repairing, even if you have to install new, just install it in another directory and then you will be able to boot againa nd access all of your files.
