I am having trouble connecting to dell.com to download some drivers since my desktop OS died on me today and I have to reinstall the OS. Is anyone else having trouble connecting to dell.com or dell.com/support? My browser keeps timing out on me and I don't know if its limited to my home network or pc, or if this is a larger issue?
I have been using firefox and IE and using both ubuntu and windows xp to try to connect.
