i am using MS outlook 2007. &nbsp;i can not use the expand or collapse groups. it is grey out.<br />
also, it used groups , when i sorted by date , into &nbsp;&quot; today&quot; , This week, &nbsp;&quot; last week&quot; &nbsp;etc... not sure why it lost this means of organizing..<br />
