Most likely it is Eset not understanding the file it is scanning.

For example see http://www.downloadroute.com/HiDownload-StreamingStar-Technology-Inc/antivirus_report.html

where you will find a file that is being scanned by four different anti-virus products.

The other three have no problems but Eset throws out the same error code as you have.

If Eset is not understanding the file it is scanning, then is not really checking the file for malware?

Correct.

You may get a log at the end of the scan giving more informative messages unless that is the message.

First I would like you to submit the file prevxcsifree.exe to the below mentioned online scanners to check if this file is infected or just another false positive from ESET.

Further if you would like to see the content of the file you may use 7zip to compress the files created using 7zip.

Prevxcsifree.exe is the executable from Prev X of their free "CSI" malware scanner:

http://www.prevx.com/freescan.asp

If you download the free scanner, the file you download is prevxcsi.exe: eg:

http://majorgeeks.com/Prevx_CSI_d5785.html

Have you, or someone with access to your pc, downloaded this app recently?
Look in Add/Remove programs for an entry called "PrevX". If it is there and you do not use it, remove it.

Last question PLEASE, Yes, not recently but  I downloaded prevxcsifree.exe , which is the different between Prevx, downloaded from

http://www.prevx.com/freescan.asp

or

http://majorgeeks.com/Prevx_CSI_d5785.html

Sorry I get lost here, is a Prevx's different version?

In Add/Remove programs there is an entry called "Prevx" why I should remove if I use it very frecuently?

4 of 1 Anonymous Users post it as Goodware, only 1 Anonymous Users post it as Malware, zwangi

Detected by the AV Jiangmin as Adware/Zwangi.kb

I also think is a FP, I havent read any good review about Jiangmin

What do you expert advice?

VirusTotal += Jiangmin

Also MBAM blocks the site

If you've got a detection rate of only 1 in 43 then it is most likely that it is NOT a virus.  And as you suggest it is a False Positive.

From your link http://blog.hispasec.com/virustotal/45 it appears that Jiangmin does not like other anti-virus products running at the same time as itself.

I believe he means uncompress.

WinRar handles zip files so it may be able to uncompress the file.  There are a number of ways that Zip files can be compressed and it is possible that WinRar may not be able to handle the way this one has been zipped.  Eset complained about the file so WinRar may complain.

This is also a 7Zip file which is not the same as a zip.
