Outlook 2010 Client Randomly crashes,

HI Experts,

Need some help to try and get to the bottom of this issue, I have a user running Windows 7 (32bit) with Office 2010, as of today, he reported his outlook crashed 2-3 times and did the same thing on Friday past, he wasn't doing anything specific in outlook, and is not able to reproduce the issue? I scoured the event logs and found the following (see attached), which I know doesn't really say much about the error, any ideas as to where/how to begin troubleshooting this issue, it only happened today and Friday past, so it's not like an ongoing intermittent issue

Disable all of you Outlook add-ins and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, you can then start re-enabling them, and see which add-in is causing the issue.

Is this occurring while reading specific emails? If so, what is the source of those emails?
