Need some help to try and get to the bottom of this issue, I have a user running Windows 7 (32bit) with Office 2010, as of today, he reported his outlook crashed 2-3 times and did the same thing on Friday past, he wasn't doing anything specific in outlook, and is not able to reproduce the issue? I scoured the event logs and found the following (see attached), which I know doesn't really say much about the error, any ideas as to where/how to begin troubleshooting this issue, it only happened today and Friday past, so it's not like an ongoing intermittent issue<br />

Outlook 2010 Client Randomly crashes,

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Although often used mainly as an email application, it also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note-taker, journal, and web browser.

An email client, email reader or more formally mail user agent (MUA) is a computer program in the category of groupware environments used to access and manage a user's email. A web application that provides message management, composition, and reception functions may internally act as an email client; as a whole, it is commonly referred to as webmail.
