Avaya IP Office 500, how to add default gateway

i'm not VOIP Admin, but in my site i have Avaya IP office 500, i need to know  how to add the default gateway address to the server so that i can reach it from any other site.

but does LAN1 IP and LAN2 IP must be in different subnets, or they can be in the same VLAN?
