crystal report error on printing

i am using crystal report on 3.5 website application and i am passing parameters in to it
dynamically. i got the report binded on crystal report viewer but when i click on print or any other toolbar options it refreshes and returns report load failed kindly help me

    What code are you using to display the report?

    When you click the print icon, the report has to reload so you have to retain all the values including the report name and the parameters in session variables so they can be used in the reload.

    i am using c# code so in which event i had to reload it please provide a sample code  how to do it
