synch files when copy

I have 2 computer "1 Laptop , PC) usually i copy my files which in a specific folder "MyWorkFolder" from laptops to My PC in a folder wit a same name "MyWorkFolder", i need a good third party that check the only diffrent files to copy it instead of overwrtie the whole folder

    There's a free tool, I'm using it for about 6 years, it's called syncback, it not only checks the differences, but you can schedule-it, or create tasks and run it with a click. Great tool, works on network without problems, pretty fast too. If confused look for "syncback freeware" on the link.

    I'm always partial to MS tools when available.

    SyncToy 2.1

    Easy to setup as a logon/logoff script, or a scheduled task. You can set up "Pairs", and do left to right/right to left/synchronize etc.....
