Error while Installing SQL Server 2008 sp2 on windows 2008

I get the following error while installing sp2.Please help.

I tried looking into other hotfixes as per your link but  still I dont see the missing file.

I installed cumulative hotfix for sp1 and then tried with SP2.It still failed with same error

You can copy the file manually. Go through the article.
I read that you are getting the support from microsoft engineers. Please do post on the latest findings to share the knowledge with the community.
