Issue with blackberry connecting to owa

My client said ever since last week when there was a blackberry issue in the US, now none of his devices will connect to exch 2007 via OWA. OWA works just fine for internet users and such but when he tires to setup accounts on the blackberry, they wont connect for some reason.
Any ideas would be great.
