iCloud / Exchange Calendar issue

We have recently run into an issue regarding Apple's iCloud. We run a 2003 SBS with Exchange 2003. Users are using Outlook 2010.

Yesterday one of the users downloaded iOS5 to his iPhone and installed iCloud. When he did this, he must have selected something which took all his calendar items and moved them to the cloud and took them OUT of Outlook/Exchange.

Does anyone know how to pull them back from the cloud into Outlook so they can sync back up with the Exchange server?

Presumably the information is still on the Exchange server and if he just turns off iCloud synching, the iPhone should re-sync with Exchange.

When we go to OWA, the calendar is completely blank as well.

I'm afraid of having him turn off iCloud syncing on his phone in fear that we would lose everything. Right no he can at least see his calendar on his phone - although no one else can.

See the second link I sent you as to how to retrieve the data to the local drive.

Aren't those directions all from using a Mac? We are on Windows 7.

The iPhone gives you an option of saving your data when you disconnect from the cloud. Then you would have to re-synch the iPhone to the Exchange server.

I had him do this. iCloud is off, the calendar items are back on the Calendar on his iPhone - but NOT the Exchange Calendar.

So - now the question is - how to do we move all the calendar items from the iPhone calendar to the Exchange Calendar on his phone.

Thanks!!
