Please note that for sending to email you have to setup and email account on the machine. Most machines require a normal smtp server. Most dont work with gmail account because of the security settings, like encription, certificates, diferent ports, ...<br />

Can anyone reccomended network ready Multifunction printer that can email and has address book on the dash?<br />

We were using Xerox Phaser 3300 that could email, scan, copy, fax but I have had issues with them off and on. I can find a lot of MFP out there but none of them seem to have a built in email feature.<br />
