Event ID 12014

I have the following event ID showing up on my Transport Server.  My biggest problem is I don't understand what is being requested.  Do I need a cert on my transport server or on the Student ZM application?  I have read a ton on this but have not been able to fix the problem.  I created a cert with the FQDN on the transport server with no success.

Computer:          MAILHUBB

Description:

Microsoft Exchange could not find a certificate that contains the domain name mailhubB.bellevue.edu in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector Student ZM with a FQDN parameter of mailhubB.bellevue.edu. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN. If this certificate exists, run Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP to make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has access to the certificate key.

Check whether a certificate exists or not,
--> If yes then enable it by using Enable-exchangecertificate -thumbprint -services
--> If no, create a certificate using new-exchange certificate.

We ran the New-ExchangeCertificate.  The errors are no longer in the Even Log.  Thanks.
