Microsoft documentation on WCF maximum settings

500 points to the first person that can find a link on Microsoft's web site that has all of the maximum settings in the web.config that fix the error:

"The remote server returned an unexpected response (400) Bad Request."

Good luck, after half hour looking I couldn't find it. There are a lot of forums that list the maximum settings, however, many of the forums list different maximum values so I'm looking for Microsoft's documentation on it.
