anyonr know of good tools to test how my website look on different mobile devices

professional simulating tools is Adobe BrowserLab which simulate your design without any additional activeX in foreign system (adobe server).

you can specify your browser.

with "Adobe Device Central" -> http://www.adobe.com/products/devicecentral.html
you can add specified phone model and test on that device.
all device are available on device central just you need select Simulate on top-right side of Device Central.

I attach Snapshot from my Mac which how you can do this. but Device central can install on both OS (Mac and Windows).

I purchased Adobe Suite and it's installed automatically.

No I don't think so.

I think it's depended to Adobe Dw and some other Adobe Apps.

I don't found any legal link about it.
