WIndows 2008 R2, RDS services installed

When I log as administrator I can print on Microsoft XPS Document Writer without problem. I can also print on a redirected local printer (printers with the Remote Easy Print Driver)

When I log as a regular user I cannot print on Microsoft XPS Document Writer ("document cannot be printer..." error message). I cannot print on Microsoft XPS DOcument Writer (redirected to X) or to any other redirected printer (HP 3005 redirected to X)

I do not know what is my problem

Thank you for your help.
