Thanks for the idea. I did verify that the terminal server licensing is installed. I did select that as the license server on the host configuration as well. I just have a 2008R2 enterprise server that I installed the remote desktop services on. Thats all I really should need, right?<br />

Yes, I have rebooted. This is just a test server at this point so I can reboot anytime.

I have purchased 10 user terminal server 2008R2 CAL's and activated the server following microsoft's instructions where I had to enter my license number and authorization number. It shows me that I have 10 user CAL's when I look at the TS license server.<br />

Problem is that I still cannot connect more than 2 RDP connections at a time. I have read that you need to enable terminal services mode. I installed the role, but not sure what more that means to do besides this.<br />
