How to delete System Object from SCCM

I have a computer that is not showing up in the Collections, but when I goto
Site Database >Computer Management > Queries > All Systems > filter for the machine if does.
I want to delete this individual machine.  

What are my options?

Have you tried an "update collection membership" on the All Systems Collection?
Here's a script to delete it:
