How Set Calendar Category Colours & Description Globally - Once?

System is Windows 2008 server running Exchange 2010, all clients are running Office 2010 H&B

Does any know how to set the calendar category colours & description globally, once so the colours & description appear within any calendar i.e. personal calendar or public folder calendar?  Calendar Categories

    Accepted Solution

    I beleive you can set these using the setup.exe /admin

    However, if office already installed
    Categories is managed on a per user  profile basis

    I am unaware of any outlook option or GP that allows one to set all gategories

    Otherwise you can just send categories to ALL STAFF and as long as they are set to receive custom categories, they can add it
