IIS7 Not displaying Web Page

I am running an internal Web site on a Windows 2003 server I have just move my directories for the website to a windows 2008 server and setup IIS7 but I can get my site to come up. I have tried using http://IP address but no luck. IIS 7 looks totally different from 6 but I think I turn everything on but no luck I keep getting a
Not Found
HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

    check that you have defined the correct bindings and that the aspnet have permissions to access the site folder
