Windows 7 Home / IE 9 Crashing

WIndows 7 Home, The 64 bit version of IE is running fine, but when I load the 32bit it crashes. I removed viruses / spyware from the computer, it is clean and no rootkits were detected. I check the current controll sets ( LSA ) to make sure nothing was loading with the user.

I have uninstalled / reinstalled with no success, looking for some other options. I can post a HiJackThis log if needed, tdsskiller didn't fine any infections. Thanks

When I load Internet Explorer it just exits, you see the window for a split second and poof it's gone. I
Also,

I might be missing something when the system was cleaned from virus infection.

I do a search for the file you said and it takes me to,

I have uninstalled IE9, IE8, after doing resets. Reinstalled IE9 and the problem still persist, my thought is there is something I have overlooked.
User account might be corrupted...create a new user account and check.

Yeah tried that route as well, had no difference. My goal was to make a new usere move documents / pictures and call it good but no success there.
Sounds like windows is corrupted ...do a repair install

Boot to desktop...insert the windows 7 disc...launch setup...click upgrade option....this will repair your windows install... complete the repair install.

You will not loose any data or programs during the repair install process

Launch internet explorer after repair.

Well doing some further scans using Mcafee Stinger, picked up some detections so I am just going to let it finish, and then try. I am trying to avoide a clean install at all cost, I have some programs that I can't replace if I do the clean install. =\

If I could find my cd, then a repair install would work lol, but I can't find it! =\ So that's why I have to do all this additional work.
