Sounds like a video card driver.I would check to see if there is a later and greater driver or in case you recently upgraded, back rev.

I've see strange behavior in vid drivers if they aren't from the system manufacture (Dell ) in the past.

typical 0x0000003b error on a workstaion may indicate a video card driver problem, so I updated the video card driver but it still blue screens before and after.  did you take a look a the minidump file atttached?  I think it indicates a NIC driver insead.  I installed latest NIC drive as well as BIOS to no avail.  Intel is no help they are blaming the OS.  I was hoping for some Intel NIC tweaks or workaround...

What MOBO and chipset?

Is this system on the HAL list for SBS?

Its an Intel H5520HCV board and yes its on the list.  Intle had me download a bios level memory, CPU and hardware based test and it all checks out.  So most likely a driver problem.  Microsoft released a newer version of the IP stack released as a KB fix although its totally unrelated to this problem but since it's a newer netio.sys and tcpip.sys so I will replace the stack this weekend and cross my fingers.
