Convert vb.net 2003 to visual web developer 2010

How can I convert a web application that was originally written in vb.net 2003 to visual web developer 2010?

You probably have to convert in a few steps. First to VS 2005/2008 and then to 2010

OK but how can I accomplish that it by using the convector that rkworlds suggested?

Try installing VS 2008 and open the project (the migration wizard will start automatically)

well I already tried that with 2005. 2008, 2010 and all gave errors!

Does the same project opens without any error in Visual Studio 2003 ?

And on the same PC you fail to open it with VS 2005 with the latest SP ?
Which VS edition did you try to use ? Proffesional ed. ?
