Archive Inbox to PST - Remote?

I am looking for a way to archive the Inbox for all our users to a PST file.  I want to do this remotely and not by visiting the local PC of each user.  Is this possible?

I guess a GPO could do it but I would like that the PST files be archived off to a special drive on the network and preferably with the name of the user or login ID.

We already have a archiving policy for the users, which was configured manually in Microsoft Outlook and I have already archived all of these PSTs.

Now I need to get at what is in their local Inbox and archive that too.  How to do this efficiently is the question

As always your help is greatly appreciated!

If you want to do this as part of an overall archiving/e-discvoery solution then Symantec Enterprise Vault does offer this feature.
