Fresh install OWA gives blank page with owa/&reason=0


This problem has been discussed and solved last year so I thought my problem would be fixed. However, the accepted solution:  does not work for me.
I installed the neccessary roles, updates and hotfixes and still get the same response.
I tried it on the server itself, from my intranet and from the outside. I have a valid unified communications certificate installed.

Any other ideas, suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Ok try the following:

1. Open Exchange Management Shell
2. Browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin
3. Now type updatecas.ps1 and press enter

So when you browse to https://YOUCASSERVERNAME/OWA it returns a blank page?
