How do you synchronize sql server databases?, remote web SQL database with internal sqlexpress database

How do you synchronize sql server databases?
I have a remote web SQL 2008r2 database with internal sqlexpress database on small business server 2005. All I want to do is sync the two.
We make updates only on the intranal one at the moment. But would like it if we could update on either side and the 2 would sync.

I have looked at using linked servers and using inner join querys but very slow. I looked local cache but only snycs with a local mdf copy.
NB. I dont need all the local tables and colums on the webserver, however if the quickest way is to sync identical tables so be it.

Please advise

You can only use SQL Server Express as a subscriber, so if you need near instant synchronization, you will have to resort to writing the code to do it.

Consider replication.

SQL Server Express does not support Replication as a Publisher.  It can only be used as a subscriber.
