HP Z800 Freeze/hang and locks.

I have a HPZ800, who hang and freeze randomly, and sometime the mouse get weird graphics. The system sometimes come back, other times I have to kill the power.
All drivers, firmware and bios are up to date. Have used Intel's Solid-State Drive Toolbox to configure the SSD's.
Using 2 programs mainly, and that is Autodesk Inventor 2012 and Ansys v13.0 SP2
Setup: (All internal components are HP Certified)
Windows 7 x64 Pro
2 x Intel X25-M 160GB Gen 2 HP SSD in RAID 0 configuration
2 x  WDC WD3000HLHX in RAID 0 configuration
Quadro 5000
24GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
2 x Intel Xeon X5660 @ 2.8HHz
Intel(R) ICH8R/ICH9R/ICH10R/DO/5 Series/3400 Series SATA RAID Controller
(I look up the controller and I see it this: It has 6 SATA ports and supports up to 3GB/s.)
I Adapter, SAS 3000 series, 8-port with 1068E

I have read that the Intel X25-M SSD's have a tendency to freeze and lock. HP have nothing to contribute with, so I'm a little lost atm.

I see that you are using Windows 7 x64 Pro. Have you checked the Hardware Compatibility List from Microsoft for your hardware? If not, you might want to do that in order to rule out any possible incompatibilites.
Please select the section entitled "Scan your PC for compatibility"

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/default.aspx
Hi and thanks for the response. Anyway I did check and all passed. Anything other would supprise me, since this computer is quite new, and I started to use it like one week ago. As I said a little earlier here, all inside this thing is HP branded, so I hope they have made some kind of test before they sendt it, though I'm not sure though.
I ordered it to have as fast as possible disk-solution( I know you got the SSD card), and I wanted RAID 0. When the computer came, W7 was installed on one SSD disk and no raid, part from the 2 WDC disks.
If I would put my finger one something it would be the SSD Disks in RAID or the raid controller, who is not fast enough. The problem seem to be worse when I run Autodesk Inventor and Ansys at once, though it happen when they do not run as well.
I have done full diagnostic from HP and all passed and the RAM test also passed.

i am using a single X-25M 160 Gb drive, never had problems
you can make a backup, and reinstall on a single drive to test
Yes, that is a test that I can do. Looks like that will be my next move, had hope to avoid that, since it take hours to do. I have bought 2 x Intel 510 SSD 250 GB, I might try to set up a RAID on those.
True - but make an image of the raid setup and when you are ready also one of the on-disk -setup
so you switch fast from one to the other

very strange - don't forget to close this if you don't need more help
Yes is is very strange indeed, I think it is the first time I have encountered that Aero interfered. Reason I did try that, was that I tried to take an Image with Ansys buildin imagesystem for reporting, and it said that Aero caused problem. Though it well may be the Quadro 5000 card that is the problem, but atm I don't have tiem to sapre to check out this further.
Have not had any problems after Aero was disabled
