Cisco VPN Tunnel Throughput

I am curious if there is a way to monitor the throughput of a site-to-site vpn tunnel on a Cisco ASA 5510?  We have a remote clinic that accesses our hospital software and in a couple weeks we will be implementing Citrix and I am curious how much traffic is goin in/out through the tunnel.

"Show crypto ipsec sa" will show you packet counts and (I think) bytes.  Not very elegant, and it won't give you a pretty bandwidth chart, but if you can do the math it may give you what you're looking for.  ASDM will show you the charts, but I don't think there's a way to limit it to only VPN traffic.
