grand user access to somone's calendar.

How do I grant user access to someone's calendar in Exchange and Outlook 2010?  

Is there a way to do it from the management console besides using powershell?

Please advise.

Right click on the calendar from User's outlook and click Sharing.
You can give appropriate permissions to the other user.

You need to use the shell.
